the more I think about it, the more I realize that this is more of a challenge then a speedrun, it would only be interesting if you did the 100% category but I don't wan't to route that out, so I came up with the any% but that's just a few easy tricks and the same dungeons and temples you do in a normal run, but less, one day maybe I'll feel like routing a 100% version of this run, until then I think we should just forget about it

might take a bit longer to make the next thread, just found out how to sequence break to the shadow temple so I have some work to do

so this is still a work in progress but I decided to play through this game by getting as many stars as possible before I go to the future, I think that this can be a category, I've already found ways to sequence break to the forest, fire, and spirit temple (with the help of some people in a discord) and I currently have 90 stars without going to the future, I think we could have two categories for this, one would be a 100% Present Run where you get every star possible without going to the future (this would take a while to make a good route and I probably won't), and a any% where you beat all the dungeons and temples you can in the present, I'll make a new thread about this after I test a few ideas I have and I'll have links to videos showing off the sequence breaks
