Any Difficulty. 
"Cheats + Mods" are NOT allowed. 
(MUST SHOW they are disabled)

You did not show that your cheats and mods were disabled. The only thing the mod is guilty of is not giving you a good explanation why you were rejected, but it isn't because of dishonesty.
