This program allows you to tweak a few things of Mad2 that you can't normally do without digging into the xml files.

Features include a level select, debug mode, and allowing you to set the game to any resolution size you want.

Figured it might be handy for some experimenting and practice. It also makes for a great launcher, not having to dig into the game's horrible menu's

I've abandoned the speedrunning guide I was planning to do and instead bringing a skips and rx jumps guide.
