Hello everybody, I love Victoria II, it's a great game and i see this game has a page on this site. So i would like speedrun this game. So i post in its forum for know categories but nobody answer me because there is no run and, no post on forum. So my questions are I want speedrun this game but it s impossible because i'm not moderator and nobody is active on this game so can I possible be moderator on this game? 2nd If it s possible what i need to do for be moderator?
