What GTA version are you on? You need to be on 1.27 gotten with Project 1.27 in order to use the autosplitter.
If it gives an advantage over controller players, it should be banned like it is in online games such as Rainbow Six: Siege. Otherwise, it shouldn't be banned.
However, you also have to consider whether that would be considered as remapping and whether remapping is against the rules.

Flawed statement. It's not just skill. There are runs of games that rely on high amounts of luck and other factors for a run to live past certain segments.
