are runs done with wii emulators (specifically dolphin) allowed?

I dont own a PS or N64. would i be allowed to run on project 64?

hey ive been grinding the dream snowboard and ski tracks and one think i noiticed is that the is a big advantage to playing in teams. you can only get stars, boost charges, speed shoes, and sheilds. so you have a 50%ish higher chance of getting what you need removing alot of rng. also with no enemies that means no thunders so thats alot easier. so are you allowed to use both or only solos. (i think you should keep both because i hate reseting because of bad rng)

yo i'm looking to run this game and i had 2 ideas for possible category's.

NG+ play all levels but you can use super sonic and have all levels unlocked so you dont have to grind animals.

100% you have to complete all levels and get all red rings.

I know not alot of people still run this but i think this might help.

i think that people who dont have the winged boots are at a disadvantage. though i like the winged boots in runs but i think that there should be a category for with WB and without.

yeah uh.. i need skystones cheats but i dont know where to buy them. i also dont have the energy to go to every level and check the store there. if anyone knows where i can buy them that would help alot

i think that it would make more sense to have cinder, tree rex and jet vac instead. i didnt buy spyros adventure so i cant do this run which is upsetting
