yea the future sounds promising with that put on the table
GGs! General note if you keep going for it, in marathon it is far more risky to hold all the time forward as you are doing and definitely not worth if you are just getting past the run with a 45 anyways, you can get a simple 37 by not getting hit if you just go to the left of the screen once you have some speed alredy and it is far more consistent to go for over the 35 at top runs
you haven't said what mod is that at all lol, but check the general rules of the game for mods rules, everything allowed is basicaly just for optimization purposes anyways
death is a very strong word that never realy works, it can be beaten some day; I give it more than 3 months tho lol
would be cool to see more of that yea, but just wondering can you not get the mod of the current board from the resources?
maybe it has to do with your account smh; you might want want to search further on the web by your own anyways if it is a general thing and not as much for mario bros
might be some copyright issue? that's odd idk
@sullyrox right sorry for expressing myself wrong, you are definitely not given the role against your will lol what you said makes sense
the general thumb rule is in popular games verifier/moderator is given if at all to comunity members that were not in it wanting to me a verifier/moderator in the first place, those who have a reputation in it might be purposed to be in when the time comes opportune
I would imagine you cannot modify your console in a way that gains an advantage in a run over an unmodded switch, even though you are right it actualy doesn't say anything about it in the rules lol
What exactly would overclocking do anyways
GGs! Improvement is looking great.
If you keep improving, the only sport on which you don't realy have the solid strategy is in table tennis, where the IL WR is about 17 SECONDS faster than you are on this run. Is very important to be efficient with the power attacks! At this level you definitely could want to learn the fast cycle for it (3->5 , 8->11 , 14->18 , 23->30).
not sure how this works, I guess you load ROM from the file option, but what is the hexadecimal string of a NES ROM that is converted to said .nes ?
"speedrunning has always been pay to win" doesn't realy convince me, there is a pretty big gap between alredy having or getting now a switch 1 with the respective game and having to get now switch 2 to be competent (or for that matter every single new one that nintendo releases)
that being said, you can always filter leaderboard on your own by platform, so a subcategorization for loads is not that necesary realy, some could still want to compete even on a switch 2 vs switch 1 scenario
I think you can get in that situation by doing the one clip around the 1st moon area in a pretty straightforward manner
you can download your videos at your dashboard (access from twitch or just https://dashboard.twitch.tv/u/{username}/content/video-producer putting your actual username in the link), then upload from there to a valid platform; alternatively, use the dashboard export option to export directly to youtube if that's of your will
perhaps is just not as important for top players and they haven't bothered yet with it? the 8-4 IL strats are like realy hard and have a lot of grind behind for top runs, they are probably much more invested in it than in completing 1-1 in a specific way
@SMELLYpinkMAN video isn't aviable anymore to contrast, but it probably has to do with version differences as it is a pretty old versions (v1.0466 on the data of the submission)
open the zip in your PC like a folder and extract from there whatever there is there; if you can't open it for whatever, right click and "extract all"
a zip is a compression of whatever files are inside it so basicaly just putting a zip there is not gonna do anything, the file has to be inside the zip, at least if I understand what's going on here
