LCS-like, consistent and slow om0 + duping Taxi with Vigilante:
Fast, hard and rather inconsistent om0 using Paramedic. My reference to get back in is 2.75s after starting Paramedic the first time. I think this is what will be used in runs.
It has been discovered (credits: @Kyle ) that it is possible to warp with taxi to (almost) any place on the map: 1. Place the desired marker; 2. Enter the cab and press Escape right when Luis closes the door, all while holding Enter until you see the menu (you should select destination during fadeout but before seeing pause menu); 3. Remove/replace the marker; 4. Spam Enter when exiting menu. If done successfully - you will teleport despite roads.
Watch at slower speed if you do not want to miss anything (video replaces the marker, but you can just remove it).
More often than not you will end up under the ground, fall into the void and respawn on the surface. Here's a map of places where you can end up: 
Notes:
- destination selection menu appearance after closing the door on the passenger's side is slightly slower than on driver's side;
- each character has (very slightly) different timings to when to pause the game (Luis being the fastest afaik);
- when you teleport the game tries to put the car on the ground, this has a two second timeout and if it fails it just puts the car wherever it wants without caring if it's above or below the ground; this is why the car spawns under the ground and falls; you can also tell when the game is having trouble putting the car on the ground because the screen remains faded out for longer than usual
- each IV game has different spawn points after falling into void.
@H0rHe recently discovered that you can teleport across map by spawning Armando's van, triggering a mission via mission replay text and interacting with the van: To warp to Armando, cancel the menu.

These are conditions that must be fulfilled to spawn Armando: First it creates a list of the 5 closest spots in your map area (island) from those, it picks the closest that isn't blocked by a mission entity and isn't within 150 units of the player. If after the last step it still hasn't chosen a spot, it picks the closest one, regardless of blocking or distance from player.
Hello, I wanted to use video component for livesplit, but when I start timer, the video does not, there's only black screen w/ vlc logo. Also whole livesplit lags
Hello. After playing 1 hour CJ feels hungry. His fat level goes instantly down and I need to eat meal usually after Robbing Uncle Sam. I watched other any% and runners didn't have this problem.
Also helicopter in LV didn't respawn o.O
Game crashing when I get off safehouse or I start mission (it happens rarely, but I can't do single Any%). Game v. 1.01, gta_sa.exe is cracked. Sorry for bad english etc. :>
EDIT: Also I have d3d3.dll for window mode, and DINPUT8 for mouse issues.
