I've never Speed Ran any game before. When trying to find a game everything I read suggested you pick a game you really enjoy because you will be Starting and Restarting it over and over to master the game.

My current favorite game is S&S so I decided to start with the Any% run. Where can I find guides on the run and on how to set up LiveSplit for this specific run.

I tried consulting google but all the info I find seems to be for the All Boss run. Any help would be much appreciated.
