notifs seem to be getting better anyways, a run was submitted 4 hours ago and I got a notif 4 hours ago.

From my experience, no matter where you request the game from, or what you put in the additional notes, no game is never added to a series upon creation. (Unless it's added by a series mod)

Maybe when staff accept the games, they don't have an option to add it to a series but idk. I've always had to make a seperate support ticket, which is fine but a tad annoying. (I've had to do it a lot lol)
