I consider to start speedrun Mario&Sonic at the Olympics. I got a suggestion of a new category I want to try: Olympic Events all Gold.

All Gold means you need Gold medal in a event to progress to the next event. Why do this you say? I see events in speed runs fails on purpose to do them fast but All Gold makes us doing them properly in a sense.

I was thinking about starting Mario Kart Double Dash speed run and i have a question about how to start.

What do I need to do to get a valid time? Then I mean timer or proof or anything like that.
