it's not. no the problem with your skip is that it means the video would be very laggy and therefore unverifiable, because it could be easily spliced not to mention that it can not be performed consistently, it's just not worth it to allow it anywhere

some of these times are completely wrong too tho the first one i saw was for sr4 and that time was beat like 2 months ago by 2 people if they wanted to help the community they wouldn't be harming it by spreading false information (like shown in the picture and the video above)
