I downloaded Sodium followed the guide downloaded fabric and Sodium still isnt doing anything/isnt working as in not showing up in the f3 menu. Please help me.

Hey I'm a new runner who can't even actually "run" the game as in play it. The guide to Sodium is too confusing and even with reducing my resolution and all my settings I still can't run the game and I'm looking for some tips on how I can actually be able to run the game.

So I was looking at the category rules and it said that all other mods besides the ones listed were banned and Badlion wasnt on there and i wondered why since it helps me run the game without lag.
