Ok, after 2 attempts I got a 9:34, and my SOB is a 9:2X, I forgot.
sI am optimizing the beginner route, so far it is, bob chain chomp, cannonless, wild blue, whomp, tower, penguin lost, slide, wall kicks, bowser, a while ago I got a time in the 9 minute range, it was really good and sum of best was around high 8 minute.
Also this is something extra I just thought about, I have no way of recording my screen to submit runs, I do 16 star LBLJless and have a PB of 28:25 (that I got about 5 minutes ago as of this comment) and haven't submitted it yet. Xbox game bar stopped working and just doesn't record or screenshot.
I made this speedrun up when I started speedrunnning and it was 1st key%, you get 8 stars and beat BitDW as fast as possible, I got a time in the low 9 minutes which is not fast at all.
Ok, I have usamune and I have pj64 v3.something, I haven’t gotten 1.6 because I didn’t know I had to use it until a little bit ago but I didn’t know that usamune was allowed on the leaderboard. Or is it not?
I can’t find any codes to have nonstop on project 64 and I want to try the speed run. All codes so far don’t work
Oh and since my family uses the switch a lot, are there any emulators you know of?
Ok, thanks you guys, also I have already tried SM64 16 star and have a 32:55 PB (no video), and SMO just seems more fun. I think I will try it and see if I like it like you guys said.
Both are almost purely skill, SMO has some of the frame perfect clips, SM64 has the LBLJ, I wanna do SMO more now that I realize it.
I need someone's opinion on this, I want to do SMO any% but also SM64 16 star, which one should I do. (This is kinda a dumb forum but yeah)
This is such a long speedrun, I couldn't commit to doing this.
