I submitted a run 2 months ago but its still listed as pending

So i did some coil speedruns a while ago. i stopped speedrunning cuz i lost interest. then i come back after a while only to see the record SMASHED by just skipping the whole level which previously was not possible? someone got an explanation??????

Is there a Tutorial Any% ? I was wondering because i got a good run of it using glitches but cant find it in the categories. if there is no way to submit it that should become a category.

Ive been thinking about speedrunning the whole game using coils but then u have Coils - IHG and Coils No IHG what does this mean?

I wanna speedrun this game, but dont have a physical copy. What emulators should i use that are available on mac? (link them so i dont download a virus pls.)
