Ah right ok, was just making sure. Does the sentences the witch give you have any impact on your time?
In the original space lights is random but isn't there a few combinations that it picks from? So it can be random from 4 or 5 different patterns (might be wrong but I seem to remember there was a few combos that it picked from, never completely random).
I dont like OBS studio. I have used the old one for a long time and rlly, rlly didnt like the look of the new one.
Is that option on the old OBS or OBS Studio? Cos im using the old OBS and I dont see that.
I have capped the game at 60FPS with Dxtory but I record with OBS and OBS doesn't show FPS counters. Is this a problem when it comes to submitting my run?
Hey I have done a run (going to sumbit a better one) and the rules say timing ends on the start of the credits. Wouldnt it make more sense to end timing when the cutscene from picking up the book starts? As after that is all cut-scenes that cannot be skipped and make no difference other than making my shitty internet suffer a longer upload xD
Yeah I would include that in a 100% run because its technically a story/puzzle.
I dont think it is un-beatable either
Pretty much just watching a run tells you most of what you need to know, Any% is quite a simple category.
I know this game kinda dead but I think that since the PS4 release of the game there has been more console runners, and on console the game is slower cos of having to use a controller opposed to KB&M.
I'm gonna setup a strawpoll and leave it for a while (cos of the lack of activity) http://www.strawpoll.me/12577896
Some runs have been timed wrong by using SMPTE 30 FPS timecoding instead of seconds. An easy mistake to make, one that I did myself.
Hate to be that guy who asks for mod (e.g. Racingmonster) but I would like it if I could have mod to help out with the timing issues. I have re-submitted my 2nd place run with the correct time and I have talked to Mayu and his run has been re-timed to 47.517 (if you could change that plz mod)
I'm not a mod so I cannot put this in resources, but I thought that this playlist can help people if they are looking to get into running the game. (Not mine, just found it on YT). https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEov1rbB0r5UpEzscxjGU8G7RX2MjCd69
Cos that is the rules that we have in Metro 2033 (Chimp decided and I decided that was fine, easier to time that way, o people cant shuffle forwards etc cos the timing can be decided by 0.01 seconds at times).
This would be nice, tbh would be nice to have an individual level leaderboard like the Metro 2033 Redux has.
Ah ok, I wondered why I have seen people grab that before, thanks.
