It is a glitch but can be part of the Any% category. Categories and sub-categories are still up for discussion though.

I run the Genesis version for both Arcade and Original modes. I tried to submit them a while back but was told that the game already existed. Saw that it was only for the Megadrive. I second the idea of having separate tabs for the Genesis.
