I have just done one of the my most cursed runs. It was a normal run... till about door 40 and Seek still wasn't spawning. And he didn't spawn. Yep, first Seek chase didn't happen.

In the second half things got even weirder. I got two, yes TWO ambushes and in the greenhouse I saw two rushes pass one behind the other. No, I don't mean like, one goes by and then the other spawns. THEY WERE LITERALLY TOGETHER. Not even half a room apart from each other.

I haven't really ever played it. Back when it was April, I played with a few randoms, got an exorcist jumpscare out of nowhere and thought that was all.
