Hello, I noticed in the WR run that during the boss fights the person flys while using the breath, is there a reason for this (is it faster)?

Surely if we all run on emu we should all have the same time. Maybe the menuing causes some time. But the individual levels should all be the same time. Is it a faster Emulator, or faster PC?
