I'm going to assume you only skimmed through some of the description and are mainly going off my post and title and what people are saying. I'm saying that Dolphin will never be allowed for any reason because of what that video explains and that's that. If someone submits a convincing run that ends up being Dolphin it will either go undetected or someone will find out. If you're this concerned about how "easy" it is to fake a run on literally anything, then how about offering an idea on how to reasonably increase proof standards?

Alright then sure, let's ban the use of any homebrew so if your Wii is softmodded in any way your run is rejected immediately and you must show every page of your Wii menu and SD card menu before every attempt, that sounds fun but that's not the point. The point of this thread is showing why we especially can't allow Dolphin, let someone else or the mods arrange what to do about cheating on console.

If you can't double check what you select in a few boxes before submitting and you never record, how should people take a claimed run like that seriously?

If there's no video of the runs and the people submitting the fake times aren't even smart enough to know those characters can't use those vehicles, the times need to be deleted. Also one or both of the times being "high ranked" (they aren't) is even more reason for it to be fake and for them to be deleted.

Proably finish 150cc special or just reach credits any way.

Also yes, for Unlock Everything you can save a lot of time doing ultra shortcuts at the start but it would take a lot of resets.

Unlock Everything is what the category is, complete 100% requiring 3 stars would be a meme I'm not sure I want to try. Also, you can look in the other 3 100%/Unlock Everything threads before this one to get an understanding of what you need and how the run is.

Just use the fastest item type or bitch at Jcool on Discord or something.

It should be taken seriously because people believe it or not, actually fake speedruns and will fake a record of just about any kind for some reason. Honestly, the name isn't really that funny and you should change your name as soon as possible so that you can actually submit runs and be taken seriously as a person.
