I was checking the fastest death category for fun when I saw I could get a 5.36 on my own, which is .02 second faster than the current wr.

I already knew some aspect of the game were tied to fps (the shield moves way faster the higher your fps), but it seems the timer is as well.

Using Fight the True Hero on v.99, I consistently die at 5.40sec with a refresh rate of 50hz, 5.38sec with 60hz, and 5.36sec at 280hz.

We probably need to implement an fps cap rule, since the only rule about it is a recomandation for video recording regarding the top 3 on the leaderboard.
