you cant. you can only make a peach file by saving after the fludd cutscene. on the switch version, you are forced to watch the court cutscene unfortunately
No emulators emulate every console. For PS1 games, duckstation or mednafen is probably your best bet. Downloading the game is illegal so you will need to figure that out on your own im afraid.
glitchless categories are in general really stupid, especially for a game as broken as this game.
What is there to gain? so people can flex their emulator world record? This is solving a problem that doesnt need to be solved. If it one day needs to be solved, there are other means available that are better.
There is literally a filter in which you can see the leaderboard of emulator runs you goose.
also if you have the time and passion to grind out a sub 55 minute PB, an xbox with a cheap capture card is a meager investment.

in this day and age, owning a PC that is able to run fallout 4 at 60fps using the in game settings really is not unreasonable or expensive. If you're on a laptop, you can maybe get an external GPU. point is: you cant expect the rules to be bent to cater your needs
basically all runs that have galaxy use luigi. i fail to see how one could not find the answer to this question in like 20 seconds
