ok im a VC runner and what i did is i installed Priiloader which is a programm for Nintendo Wii that lets u play a bit with ur system menu and u can region unlock ur Wii with it. That is probably easier than using a region changer

the WiiU virtual Console version has an input delay im playing on Wii myself and i recommend it

u catched him before he touched the ground after u missed the throw i think thats why

N64 isn't faster but the most runners play on N64 because the game was made for it
