Minnesota, USABacking tolly2hot. The game should be timed loadless primarily, RTA second. The current method of timing "menuless" is very cringe. Also the epilogue should be included in full game runs as there is still gameplay and the GAME OVER screen happens after touching the phone.

do not ban the ifruit app, there is barely any time save involved with the app that it shouldn't matter.

When should timing start? because this is getting ridiculous. I've been doing runs by starting my timer at new game selection, but I see a bunch of clowns and jokers submitting times by starting their time at first movement. What's up with that? Can we get a FINAL verdict on what the standardized timing method is?

Sounds interesting. If the owners of Stream.me are actually serious about dropping money down for NASA and being able to pay off everything I feel it would make it easier on staff and attendees since they wouldn't have to pay. I doubt there would be a major drop in viewers since everyone that's interested in NASA would probably see the updated information on switching platforms from twitter and word of mouth would let people know as well.

New HDPVR came in the mail today and works so I should be able to be apart of the JSRF race and do cabela's
I already replied to the google doc and said I wouldn't be able to do runs, but I'm gonna see if I can purchase a new capture card before the marathon starts. I'll post or tweet at you if I get it in time.
Good question, the rules defined here on speedrun.com were made before I became a moderator for the series so I guess I could edit it to be a little more direct. The only recorded run is blues' run, but I would assume the way he ran the game was timing ends based on the full city cleared cinematic after the 5 second dossier update countdown. (his run starts at 00:04 and ends at 23:07 on the youtube video, which is 23:03)
