does a wallhop classify as a glitch

ive noticed that on alot of maps there are old skips in the wr glitchless runs, but these were patched and are impossible to do now making it impossible to get that world record a good example of this is autumn river when instead of doing a headdhitter on wood planks you have to go around which wastes like 1 to 2 seconds and another patched part in that obby wasted 1 to 2 seconds making the possibility of getting wr on it basically impossible
