0:44 is the timestamp in-case the link doesn't skip to it. Found this while playing with a friend, from the runs I've seen it looks like this trick is unknown (correct me if I'm wrong) and saves a nice few seconds, the timing is quite difficult to master though. The key is to generate as much height as possible at each step of movement.
