As far as I can tell, start on clicking green flag for first game, end when you get to the last level of game 5. Pause in between games.

not sure what you mean by lower to pass the level, but look at some of the runs. Also, there are two levels you HAVE to skip.

I was looking through some scratch games to speedrun, and I came across ninja island 7. I got the world record for it, but it says there are no mods. Will my run get verified?
