Are runs done on the Sonic & Knuckles Collection on PC allowed?

So, I would like to see the Roblox game Sonic Simulator be added to speedrun.com. I have made a speedrun of the game. Basically, there's a track you run through, and aim for the fastest time. I can link my video:

So, my PC controller has a Turbo button. Are those banned for this game?

My Emerald Coast run got in! I don't even care that it's at the bottom, I just care that it was verified and put on the leaderboard :D

I really want Individual Level categories for this game. I don't have the time for a full run, cause this game is pretty long.

(Quick Note: At the time of this post being made, I have just finished a half-hour long series of attempts to do a speedrun of Emerald Coast in the Steam version of Sonic Adventure DX,) I mostly like Sonic games, but I do like quite a few other franchises! Mario, Kirby and especially Tetris. I joined this community so that I could get to meet some of the most famous speedrunners out there like Darbian, Kosmic and more!
