yes, they are in the /seed category in no /seed you can do /locate and look where you should blind or something

You can e.g. use amidst to see if there is a bastion near spawn or something in /seed while you can only use /locate without the seed

yes, it only shows the file time which updates when your game is saved, so it doesnt count up visually
