4shock has gotten a 0 and he plays on PrBoom+ so I'd assume it would be humanly possible on GZDoom as well. TASs are typically done on PrBoom given how easy replaying the lmp files are. GZDoom demos are pretty awful and can only be replayed on ZDoom sourceports since the way wads and pk3s play on it vastly differs from the way Doom plays on more accurate sourceports like CNDoom, Chocolate/Crispy Doom, and PrBoom.
Comparison to ViTa's TAS is probably not the best idea rn given that PrBoom is much more accurate than GZDoom. If you end up doing a run on PrBoom or Crispy it would be interesting to see how the demos compare however.
E1M1 can be 0 IGT though overall I doubt it would effect the final time that much
After some deliberation, we have decided to remove Individual Level speedruns from the Speedrun.com leaderboards. This is something that the rest of the Doom boards have done and Chex Quest will do the same going forward in order to keep in line with the rest of the community. We deemed this necessary as the doom rule set has gotten much more strict on how times should be submitted/recorded in order for said runs to be considered legitimate. Originally, Doom boards set up IL boards in order to attempt to have parity with more conventional Doom boards like those on DSDA, however this didn't end up panning out. Apologies if this is an inconvenience. Remember that this does not mean that you will not be able to submit IL runs period. Go over the guidelines as to submitting Doom Demos and make sure that your runs fall in line with what is expected and submit your times to https://doomedsda.us/wad2638.html (link directs to DSDA's page for Chex Quest 1). If anyone needs guidance on demo recording or anything related, the mods on this board or any of the other Doom boards are certainly willing and able to give assistance.
Now that someone has submitted a 2ALL run I have added a variable for the Loop Type:
None: Run is not done in a 2ALL loop Tsuujou Loop: Run satisfies 2ALL loop requirements but does not get the true ending Ura Loop: Run satisifes 2ALL loop requirements and gets the true ending after fighting the true final boss
Back when we routed chex 3 we didn't allow it since the rest of the games don't have it. Since jumping isn't required to beat it currently I am gonna say that we probably going to not change this in order to keep in line with the DSDA ruleset

Back when this board was made it was just me and 8bitisgr8. In 8bit's absence, I was put in charge to be the only supermod. Since I don't play this at all anymore I have relinquished my role as supermod and have given it to the holders of the top 2 times: Blueimp and LTC. Thanks for your understanding. :D
GC is faster but the boards are IGT so it doesn't really matter
