Yo im looking to a run in the next few days

Cause ark ascended is kinda dogshit and takes a NASA computer to run I dont have the greatest frames. So my question is whether or not im allowed to use client side commands to reduce framerate. I guess this is sort of along the lines of other client commands like gamma but its surely different. The settings do change lighting and grass size but I dont think that it matters too much in the grand scheme of the game right?

The commands what I want to use are: r.Volumetricfog 0 r.VolumetricCloud 0 r.DynamicGlobalIlluminationMethod 2 r.Lumen.DiffuseIndirect.Allow 0 grass.sizeScale 0.3
