It's not about the difficulty of controls or crafting. You can use kb+m or controller on any platform, but you can't use touchscreen on anything but mobile as it has an over powered duplication glitch that is not possible on any other platform. If you find mobile difficult, get a controller or something.

@shigame stop spreading false ideals. Obtain diamond is where it has to be in inventory, and can be from structures. Mine diamond is where you have to mine the ore, but doesn't have to go into inventory

You aren't allowed Peaceful in All Wood Types, as it cuts out hunger management which is a big part of the run
