I hate that custom backgrounds are gone. I absolutely loved the Super Metroid design in particular, and to have it replaced by this generic blocky green and black is really disappointing. If custom backgrounds made it hard to read the leaderboards, that should've been an issue for the game's moderators to take care of, not something to be completely purged in a site-wide blanket "fix".

I mean, if there were to be a Category Extensions page, we'd need better ideas than only doing certain glitches, or not doing certain glitches, because you could just do an Any% route that does or doesn't include those glitches. Things like Pre-Hooktail Pit of 100 Trials, Level 0 runs, and meme categories like Levitate% would be better because people might actually do them.

In lieu of any obvious way of contacting CtrlTab via other means, I'm posting this thread to ask to made a mod for Project Zoo. I'm an active member of this community, having submitted a run only two days ago, and I feel that this game should have at least one mod who actively runs the game, in addition to maintaining leaderboards.

If he's not allowed to amp, it'll just take longer for no good reason. Amp It Up should obviously be allowed, this is supposed to be SPEEDrunning!

I'm not a mod, so I can't help you much, but I'll definitely support you in trying to bring some life to this game
