Why are console players and pc players in the same category? PC is more easy than console,really don't know why?

I requested a game ( "DERE EVIL EXE" ) few days ago, and this request is rejected for the reason "Its better to wait for the full release of the game".

But the game is full and will be never update ( I emailed the devlopper of the game ).

So i have to re request the game ?
