I am planning on running Curious Expedition very soon. I did an unrecorded hand-timed preliminary run (on 'Tourist' difficulty like the 1st place runner) and was able to beat the fastest time by over 30 seconds on my first attempt. Edit: I did notice PaulusMaximus used medium difficulty, but Im not sure what to make of this since the rules do not explicitly state any difficulty requirements.

In any case, I am wondering how I could go about starting a new category for medium difficulty attempts only? This is a more interesting competition to me, as the tourist difficulty is decidedly quite easy and forgiving. To whom do I petition for the founding of this new category? can I just post a new run on a new leaderboard and thats that?
