Here's the thing : I'm gonna speedrun some NES game, by using the emulator of the Switch. However, even if I prefer playing with Joy-Cons, they often disconnect and have some latency frames. So maybe I could play with a Pro-Controller (GameCube one), but the D-pad is horrible, so I was thinking of using the Joystick. But the NES controller doesn't have a Joystick. So, is it prohibited to use a controller that have a Joystick when doing a NES/SNES run ?
Hi everyone. My name is DogDeeDer, and I'm a huge Mario fan. So much that I want to speedrun most of the Mario games chronologically, by giving myself a time to reach for each game. If I don't go below this time, I don't move to the next game. I'm gonna start with Donkey Kong on the NES somewhere in July, and work my way up to the most recent games. I hope I will be able to achieve this challenge !
