Hello, im using the emulator mentioned above to do a run, is it acceptable?

Hi guys, im a newbie to the speedrun world and so far im ready to do a speedrun of a GBA game, but im using my Android and im using the emulator mentioned above. Is this emulator acceptable and if not, what emulators should i use instead? ?
