Englandshouldn't you leave CE for the mods to get, plus loads are just normal categories anyway, e.g. rock.
We've already had ideas for this but there's too many glitches with random chances of happening (e.g. prop 0 0 launches). It's a bit too much of a hassle trying to think about what should and shouldn't be allowed.

To be honest with you, neither of these ideas seem interesting enough to need a whole category. However as jannik likes to say, you can run the categories yourself
