Is it allowed to have any DLC on your console for a Run in the All Challenges Category? For Example if you got DLC like Heihachi Set oder Akira Set, which contains a head and an outfit, it gives you a significant time advantage over runs that don´t use that. It makes the Challenges 10 ("Collect 5 types of custom headgear") and 33 ("Collect 3 types of custom outfits") more or less redundant. I also wanna mention that a run, I think by TheMissingLink (but not sure), got verified that used this which was said by him in the info text. The run got removed but i´m certain only because it had no video.
