You should check out speedrun weekly, we run a new game every week and normally the community is under 15 people in them, except a few bigger games that pop up every now and then.

I use Highscore.com it uses a community voting system and has the ability to add whatever games you want to play, lots of people running scores for almost every system also there is a discord for it
