So after i saw the new glitches from LaRoche i went searching and found something good. There is this long lift ride almost at the end of episode 3 and it just so happens that you can jump on the handle of the lift and right before the crash (cutscene) starts. You can do it the whole ride but its hard to stay on so i would say the best way would be to wait until the trees fall right at the end. Anyways you can jump over to the ground and not die. But the best part is that the animation from the lift crash still plays and alan gets forced to make the same movement this pushes you right into the next savepoint right through the cliff without fighting the two guys that spawn or run around the train. Plus there is no time lose at all for this skip because it all happens when you are normally forced to stand in the lift and do nothing. In the video you can see some tries of it where I show how its done. Btw alan can´t die when he is in a forced movement atleast from fall damage that is the only reason that you dont die from this skip thus its hard to do. But if you listen you can hear an audio sound right before i jump if you jump right after you will not die otherwise you will die no matter where you land. So i would say if you do a full game run or episode run just try it maybe 2-3 times because it wont lose you any time if you dont make it just select restart on last checkpoint and the game will put you right before the crash cutscene starts so you will lose maybe 4-5 seconds for 2-3 tries.
