They broke simply because of the game update. I just had to update the splitter to read the new memory values

We haven't hashed out the rules or categories yet. Plus, you're not using a timer in your run.

I DO plan to update the autosplitter. I'm guessing the main campaign splitter is going to break (if it hasn't already), and I plan to add splits for EoZ and NaH in addition. So while the timer will be RTA for the new DLC, PC users can have a "standard" that will automatically split for them all in the same place.
I have to work until 5 pm EST, then pick up my GPU... But I'll see what I can do before end of day.
First priority will be updating the splitter to work with the new version of RE7's main campaign (not confirmed, but it did likely break), and afterward I will tackle NaH. I don't get paid until Friday and won't really be able to afford EoZ before then, however.
So TL;DR of my plans:
1.) Fixing main campaign splitting, as the update probably broke it. 2.) NaH splits will be added. 3.) Later in the week, EoZ splits will be added.
Is there a good explanation on the yoloball for Nido and Paras? I have a save state created for lvl 4 Nido and I can get it 2 out of 3 times. I'm going off a quick Discord explanation and trying to mimic button presses I've seen in various tutorials but I'm not sure if I'm doing things correctly.
Second, does the method work different when catching Paras?

This thread is getting so dumb and embarassing and I'm about ready to walk away from this game.
Konradgavin, we used to allow that but people were not following the rule of having the music NOT drown out the game and you'd hear Jay-Z blasting drowning out the game to the point you could barely hear the game. Even though it was a rule, people ignored it. :/
Also, regarding mods verifying their own runs. I've seen it happen for several games. I personally think it's poor taste and I always have another mod verify my runs. I know other mods are like that too. But that's a personal thing and most communities don't address it as a rule.
That's not what I meant. I am LIVID Xer's run was accepted yesterday. Nothing against him, but the previous rules were NO MUTING and NO DROWNING OUT game audio. Why the hell is his run on the leaderboard?
In regards to "not even close to his times", it was more along the lines that people jump into "WTF?!!?!" mode rather than just post the time stamps so we can fix it. People get immediately hostile and act like we're showing bias to someone that has a time just a small bit higher than them etc. when there's really a large difference in time in the first place, and they should just settle down and post time stamps.
Maybe I'm not putting my thoughts into words quite the best today. But I most certainly did NOT mean "shut up, you're not even close to his times, dawg so you have no say"
I'm not talking you in specific (other than the comment on times, I suppose). People are acting like we're showing bias toward him at all. If you have proof a mod made error, just post time stamps and we'll fix it. It's that simple. I'm not trying to be "aggressive". I'm just annoyed at this entire situation. It shouldn't have come to this in the first place.

Then let us know time stamps for crying out loud. If you're going to complain about something let us know WHERE you're complaining about so we can verify and address it.
You're kidding yourselves if you think we watch the entire run from start to finish with the sheer volume. Skimming occurs and it's very possible to skim a part on accident.
Stop acting like Xerian is slipping us money to turn a blind eye to his runs. It's not like either of you are even close to his times in the first place to act like we're showing bias.
Muted audio has ALWAYS been a problem for me, at least. I added it to the rules officially a month or so ago?
Link your run, the mod clearly wasn't paying attention to the date.
