Hi all and experienced runners,

I am aware you can use Riva Tunner software to cap frames "120".

I was curious if using the feature in AMD's driver to cap frames is allowed. AMD has Radeon Chill "Limits FPS to save power. The frames I think and have seen changes on cutscenes and loading screens to high but when actually playing the game running around I saw it capped at 115 which is 5 lower then 120.

Which would effect the damage of knife slashes on bosses right?
