I have the PAL game and NTSC console, but are only doing 11 exits for the time being. If I submitted a run for this category, can it be created?

I noticed that the rules say it must be a F2P account; if a paying member goes into a F2P server, they have no benefits of P2P and are therefore, for all practical purposes, running as F2P.

Also, if it's a quest I've done before on that account, I can still redo the quest and submit that, right? Or I'd need a new account every time I make an attempt. ?

My name is Conal. I've been playing many Genesis, SNES & N64 games from a very young age.

I'd like to know more about the tools that live speedrunners use to time themselves, so I can make an attempt at leaving a record.

Usually I play with a DualShock 3 disguised as an X360 controller in Xinput (with Force-Feedback enabled), a GTX 980 Ti & Acer 27" Predator XB271HK, plus some side monitors and a HDR TV for extra distractions.

If anyone could help me get started with the process of recording a live run and submitting it, I would much appreciate it.
