thanks for such a big post certainly made things clearer I wasn't aware of that restarting thing makes sense, even after so many completions of the story there is still so much to learn it feels :) I'll keep it up for sure I want to have a hard time that doesn't suck here at some point :D- well at least I havn't been getting myself killed in notre dame for nothing then in my own run route haha ;)

just a little confused when I reference runs that are all story mission you cannot pause to get a favorable checkpoint, also to quit a level you need to leave entirely and not just press retry? and also was curious why this rule was put in place? I kinda feel anyone could do it and makes for a smoother speedrun than forcing myself to die in some sections Also individual level don't seem follow this rule? would love to hear back and bring some life back to this community :)
