Well, there are few zdoom runs on the leaderboard, so i guess it's allowed. To be honest though, I think they should be separate categories or something, since one of them is not an official release that, apparently, has tricks not in the original version.

Is it possible to rocket jump in Veteran Edition? I've been at it for quite a while and I get nowhere near the required height for the first jump Cube does in his video. Perhaps some trick or weird timing or something?

You can crouch through one if it's at ground level. But I was wondering if jumping into a 32 unit high gap is possible, even if it may end up being as precise as the jump over the enemy before the BFG (in the any% easy route).
