After watching the current 1st place, I've noticed that the runner is using custom weapons made in Blacksmith mode. This allows him to get a short-ranged, high speed, high damage weapon that can grant wings each time he encounters a

The rules don't say anything about custom weapon and I'd like to know if allowing these weapons should be a separate category or not.

I managed to get in contact with the devs and they gave me some insight about how the game calculates the score of a sentence :

" - In The Insult Simulator it worked like this: You have basic combinations - shortest grammatically correct sentences - that consist of two ([your mother][has bum cancer]) or three ([your mother][looks like][your liver]) insult components.

• These combinations have their scored assigned BY HAND! Things that are taken into account is logical meaning, humorous value and how personal they are. These is how we set our basic scores. If you connect a number of full sentences ([your mother][has bum cancer][and][your mother][looks like][your liver]), you get the sum of their basic scores.

• If you enumerate nouns ([your mother][and][your father][have bum cancer]), the system breaks it into basic combinations ([your mother][has bum cancer], [your father][has bum cancer]) and takes their individual scores into account. But only the biggest of them is taken unchanged, the rest is divided by two! (so it's something like [your mother][has bum cancer].score + [your father][has bum cancer].score/2)."

Hi everyone,

With the Full Clip Edition a new Echoes Mode called "Ultimate Echoes" appeared.

Basically it's the same stages as the Echoes Mode except you are limited weapons and you can get bonus points from promoted skillshots.

What interested me the most is that to unlock scoring for each of the stage, you have to complete 3 challenges for each map.

I think that could be a good category to run unfortunately I haven't find a way to trick the game into thinking you haven't started ultimate echoes yet. That means once you have done every challenges and unlock scoring, you can't do the challenges anymore.

If anyone finds a way to bring back those challenges I'd give him a hug :p

Today is the realease of the Full Clip Edition and so far nothing major change gameplay-wise, only loading times changed so far.

Until some major changes is discovered, I'm putting both version as a variable for the runs. Current records have already been converted to the original version.

My name is Chfou (IRL : Benjamin), I'm 21 and I started speedrunning a bit after watching AGDQ 2013.

I started speedrunning with Borderlands 2 (I was on of the very first runners). Then I continued with Bulletstorm, Alien Hominid (PAL) and Herc's Adventures(PAL). I haven't seen anyone else speedrunning these games but I'd be glad to see people beat my times.

I'm planning to learn and run One Finger Death Punch, Chroma Squad and PC version of Hyperdimension Neptunia 1 & 2.

For now I have a lot of school things to do so I'm a break on speedrunning. I'm still availale if you have any quesions one the games I run ;)
