I'm new, now I'm trying to set up the game before I speedrun the game.

1. 30FPS (Frame Limiter ON)
2. Screen refresh rate (FL OFF, Vsync ON)
3. A choice between a maximum framerate, externally locked, or unlocked framerate.

Does this mean I can only ply on 30FPS not 60FPS, Frame Sync and Frame Limiter have to ON in the settings right? The second question is about the timer track, I have seen everyone is using LiveSplit tracking every mission time status, I'm using LiveSplit also but can I not track every mission time, just the detail timer running and stop after ending the game?
