I'm a beginner to this game, what is a category that is beginner friendly enough to do as my first run?

Just a question, how do you guys verify that a run isn’t spliced when switching between games?

How about all of the existing categories, except you have to do them on both the Wii and Switch? (i.e. Villa% Switch & Wii)

Why are there no catergories that I can speedrun with someone else?

I know they are hidden by default, but I think that emulators should be completely banned. Since this game is reliant on RNG, (i.e. board game island, solo) the fast load times on emulators can cause one to get a good time with mediocre/bad luck. Take the Beginner Solo WR for example, it was achieved by not getting the absolute best combination of minigames to run. However, the only reason why they got a WR was because they used Dolphin, which sped up the load times. Also, according to the mods, they say that if the load times were normal, the WR would be dethroned. I just personally think it's unfair for the people who use real hardware and it's just my opinion.
