For 100% on 6-C you have to do the level twice for all 3 star coins. For the IL would I just use RTA timing or would I just add the IGT from the second run?

Are cutscenes included in the final time for speedruns for this game? Gnarslogge's run doesn't include them, but Itakenaphere's run does. Thanks.
